Professional Services Consultant

The successful candidate for this full-time, permanent position will, as part of NetGuardians Professional Services team, be responsible for implementing NetGuardians solutions in customer environments.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Position responsibilities:

• Implement NetGuardians solutions in customer environments.
• Support sales team during pre-sale phase.
• Research and develop content for NG-Screener, including dashboards, reports, visualisations, etc.
• Research and develop content to address use cases based on customer requests and feedback.
• Work with the engineering teams to develop content using the latest features of NG-Screener.
• Support NetGuardians' partners during Proof of Concept period, Pre-sales, etc.
• Follow up the client go live.

Required skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience in implementation of security & network device infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of the banking sector.
• Experience in integration or development on standard solutions as Apsys, Avaloq, Finova, Globus/T24, NewBanking, Olympic would be an asset.
• Familiarity with Linux systems (bash scripts, perl, regexp, etc.).
• You like to be direct contact with clients, liaise in English if necessary and willing to travel.
• Recognized education in IT.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in team.
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
