Senior Java Software Engineer HES/EPF

Location: Yverdon-les-bains, Switzerland

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design phase by proposing efficient solutions related to data processing and GUI technologies

• Benchmark (proof of concept on early stage technologies) and implement proposed solutions

• Peer review on architecture specification

• GUI development (rich client: NetBeans RCP, JFreeChart, JasperReports)

• Data processing development (application server: Hibernate, Spring, OSGi, JTA, JUnit, Linux CentOS, Postgresql)

• Provide qualified code (tested and documented)

Required skills:

• Advanced university degree in technology / computer science (HES,EPF,…)

• Minimum 3 years experience as software developer, working for customer projects

• Excellent knowledge of Java (certification a plus)

• Used to work in a development team (Scrum)

• Good communication skills

• Flexibility / Adaptability

• Agile Software Development (Test Driven, Scrum)

• Excellent team player to share experience and idea.

• Written and spoken technical English
